The 1½” (4 cm) thick wooden slabs decorated with richly carved recessed panels; one door with a mass of swirling tracery, and small quatrefoil panels either side of the lock rebate, the other with scrolling stems issuing thistles and foliage with saltires either side of the lock rebate, each door 11¾” (30 cm) high, 10½” (26 cm) wide.
