A Green Painted Upholstered Bergère Armchair. The tub back, sprung seat and swab cushion covered in a green fabric woven with strips and repeated lozenge motifs centred by quatrefoils. The moulded frame crested with a sprig of flowers to the top and standing on stop fluted legs with sunken reeds rising from the feet, and carved paterae to the tops, 40” (102 cm) high, 25” (64 cm) wide.
