Description
A Rare Vintage Brass & Enamel Desk Clock with Swiss made eight day movement by Imhof, Circa 1960, No 1340904. The square brass case on circular feet enclosing a fine blue enamelled dial 11 cm wide, inlaid with scrolling gilt wirework to the corners and having a convex middle representing the sky spangled with small gilt stars and centred by a gilt globe representing the sun. The applied silver chapter ring mounted with gilt baton hour markers and teardrop appliqués for the quarters, signed at the bottom IMHOF SWISS.
