The twin-arched cresting rail carved with concentric bands of moulding dotted with nail punched decoration, encircling small wrythen whorls with a foliate lobe to the centre. The cross rail and back panel enriched with fanned foliate designs and lunettes. The plain uprights surmounted by pyramidal finials. The arms with incised edging lines raised on turned posts leading down to a plain seat with chip carved sides. The turned legs united by peripheral stretchers, 40” (102 cm) high, the seat 17” (44 cm), 22” (56 cm) wide.
