Description
Two 19th Century Horn Snuff Mills with silver mounts, and an 18th Century Horn Beaker with white metal lining and rim mount engraved; ‘THE CHURCH, THE KING AND OUR CONSTITUTION’, 4½” (11.5 cm) in height. The larger snuff by Christopher Cummins (junior) hallmarked Dublin 1844; the lid adorned with a engraved silver thistle, 4½” (11.5 cm) in length. The smaller one with silver metal mounts and coiled end, a hinged lid centred by a small oval plaque inscribed RG, and a rim band to the edge, 3” (8 cm) in length.*
