A Fine 18th Century Joined Oak Welsh Dresser attributed to Carmarthenshire Circa 1720-40. The plank-backed, hooded rack having a moulded top with a decorative shaped canopy frieze flanked by pendant finials overhanging two plate shelves with applied edge moulding. The cupboard base housing a pair of fielded frieze drawers flanking a small centre drawer above a bank of similarly sized faux drawers with ogee arch-topped fielded panel doors either side., fitted with brass oval knop handles. Standing on stile feet 79½” (202 cm) high, 58” (147 cm) wide, 20” (51 cm) deep.
