An Impressive Boullework & Ebonised Centre Table. The serpentine top, sweeping frieze and square tapering cabriole legs lavishly decorated with elaborate scrolling brass inlay displayed against red tortoiseshell veneers enriched with engraved details. The edges mounted with decorative cast gilt beading, the frieze emblazoned with ornamental face masks and housing a drawer to one side. The espagnolettes cast as female face heads above beading. leading down to the stylised paw sabots. 31” (79 cm) high, 57” x 35½” (145 cm x 90 cm).
