One with reddish lacquered finish and an intricately carved handle in the form of a crouching rooster with tiny bead eyes, pierced with two small holes to the back above incised character mark, 4¼” (11 cm) in length. The other carved from burr wood in the form of a furled leaf with a reclining caprine creature to the handle, 5” (13 cm) in length.
