The broad back panel enriched with blind fret-carving depicting entwined stems of boldly scrolling foliage bearing bunches of grapes and pomegranates enhanced with red stain against a recessed black stained ground. The splayed plank sides inset with arm rests above a box form seat with hinges lid and carved strap-work facade fitted with a painted iron lock-plate, above an ogee arch cut base rail forming bracket feet, 70” (178 cm) high, 33” (84 cm) wide, 19” (48 cm) deep.
