A Substantial, Early Treen Suspension Chain believed to be for ecclesiastical use and of Herefordshire origin. The chain carved from a single piece of timber and composed of five interlinked twin loop sections waisted with blade turning and threaded onto a single link component bearing a lobed cruciform platform secured by a wedged through-tenon. 39” (99 cm) in length.
