A Group of Japanese Ceramics: A Meiji Period Satsuma Koro decorated with figural panels, moulded gilt qilins either side and another surmounting the domed cover, raised on three ogre headed supports (A/F) 13½” (34 cm) in height. A pair of Kutani vases with ovoid bodies on flared pedestal feet, 7” (18 cm) in height. A Kutani lidded ovoid jar on three scroll feet with qilin sat upon the domed lid 7½” (19 cm) in eight. Another small Kutani vase decorated with birds, flowers and foliage, two small plates, 3 odd saucers and a small dish, 5” (12.5 cm) in diameter.
