The wide shallow dished top ornamented with a cast edge of scrolling cloud forms and having a cylindrical well to the centre slotting into the opening of urn-shaped pedestal base. The pedestal entwined with a bough of sprouting foliage and a phoenix with swirling tail plumage perched amidst the branches, raised on a sculptural foot cast with spuming waves. 26” (66 cm) in diameter, 22½” (57 cm) high.
