A Gothic Carved Walnut Box of rectangular form. The plank lid with twin reed run-moulding to the borders, on iron split hinges, with iron hasp and lock plate to the front. The through dove-tail jointed box carved to the fournt with Gothic tracery incorporating quatrefoil ball flowers within arches, 10½” (27 cm) high, 22¾” (58 cm) wide, 10” (26 cm) deep.
