The pistol with crosshatched butt, engraved steel lock-plate inscribed KITHER on one side and DERIFORD on the other, 6” (15 cm) in height, The leather powder flask having a brass nozzle with sprung dispenser engraved with maker’s name SYKES and 1¾ x 1½ oz marks. The horn container with iron belt hook (A/F), 10¼” (26 cm) in length.
