The rustic bentwood back hoop enclosing a central splat pierced with wheel motif, flanked by pairs of stick spindles either side with further splayed spindles leading down to a protuberant wedge to the rear of the seat. The elm seat with scribed edging line on baluster turned legs united by an H-form stretcher 29½” (75 cm) high, the seat 13½” (34 cm) high, 12” (31 cm) wide.
