A 14 Carat Gold Pocket Watch Circa 1920 . The Swiss-made anchor lever escapement movement with 17 Jewels and 8 adjustments, cut and compensated bi-metallic balance, swan regulator and wolf teeth winding, signed Merimont Watch Co. and numbered 3390630. The case marked A.W.C.Co 14 K and numbered 213952, engraved with initials WJF to the back. The white 1½” (4 cm) dial signed Vacheron & Constantin Genève with Arabic numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at six, and blued steel hands. Housed in a presentation case. 1¾” (45 cm) diameter [7.6 g].
