A Group of Eight Pewter Wall Sconces. A Pair of William & Mary style scones with scrolling candle arms slotted onto pierced ornamental wall mounts with a silvered reflector cartouche to the centre surrounded by scrollwork, bird heads, flowers and berries surmounted by two winged cherubs sat either side of a flaming urn, 8” (20 cm) high, 5½” (14 cm) wide. A set of four sconces, in the French style, with crested scroll arms mounted on shaped wall plaques decoratively cast and centred by fleur-de-lis cartouches, 12¼” (31 cm) high, 6¾” (17 cm) wide. And another pair of scones with scroll arms on round boss mounts with pierced surmounted depicting heraldic lions flanking a sword amidst scrolling stems, 12” (21 cm) high, 6½” (16 cm) wide. Also a similar wall mount lacking hole for sconce attachment, and an S-scroll candle arm 11½” (29 cm) high, 5½” (14 cm) wide.
