The tall hoop back above a long fretted centre splat incorporating a wheel motif, flanked by four long spindles either side with further under-arm spindles and bent wood end supports. The arm bow having elbow rest extensions to the sides. The elm seat with scribed edging line standing on baluster turned legs united by a turned H-form stretcher, 47½ in (120 cm) high, 26½ in (67 cm) wide.
