An Unusual French Louis XIII Style Red Lacquered Armoire capped by a flat dentil moulded cornice above two full length deep moulded doors hung on brass finialed hinges. Each door having three panels; the upper and lower panels enhanced with radiating bands of moulded channels; the centre panels carved with a wrythen quatrefoil rosette encircled by a moulded roundel with foliate sprays to the corners. The long brass escutcheons with engraved embellishments. Standing on turned bun feet 84 in (214 cm) high, 55 in (140 cm) wide, 21½ in (55 cm) deep.
