The break D-ended petit-point panels bordered in moulding set in silhouette cut surrounds with scrolling pediments and twin brass S-scroll candle arms fitted to the base. The bucolic scenes each depicting a couple; the man playing an instrument; one a pipe, the other a lute, accompanied by a lady with a dog in the foreground and house behind. 22½” x 14” (57 cm x 36 cm).
