A Small 19th Century Indian Carved Treen Chakki. The moulded revolving top enriched with petalled & zigzagged bands around a central pegged aperture and having an elaborately carved lug either side; one pierced with a socket for a detachable pole handle, the other adorned with a flower head, the base section with crosshatched grinding surface. 3” (7.5 cm) high [excluding handle], 6½” (16 cm) in diameter. *
