A Vintage Ercol Extending Elm-topped Dining Table and a set of four Ercol Blonde Hoop Back Dining Chairs, Circa 1960. The rectangular pale elm table top with rounded corners and edges, pulling out to receive two extension leaves standing on four splayed square tapering legs with a further support to the centre. Measuring 29” (74 cm) in height, 33” (84 cm) wide, 59” (151 cm) in length extending to 87½” (222 cm). The chairs with stick spindles framed in a hoop back, solid seats stamped underneath BS JK 1960 2056, on turned tapering legs.
