The richly patinated mortar having an outflared rim and moulded foot, with a decorative band to the centre relief cast with scallop shells, foliate scrolls and flowers, 7¼” (18.5 cm) high, 8¼” (21 cm) in diameter. The double-ended twin baluster pestle 13” (33 cm) in length.
