The slightly domed lid embossed with a winged horse to the centre above wriggle work date 1618, encircled by a decorative ring of punch-work and perforations, and bordered by a band of text; THE LORD INCREAC MY FAITH. The pan attached to a long iron handle with a socket to the end, 40¼” (102 cm) in length, 11½” (29 cm) in diameter.
