A Rare 15th/16th Century Tudor Treen Food Bowl. The bowl made from a sycamore block with a straight sided circular well, and four turned roundels to the exterior alternated with shaped protuberant lugs, 2½” (6.5 cm) high, 8” (20.5 cm) wide. [See John Fitke’s ‘When Old Was New’ page 60].*
