Description
A Pair of 19th Century Table-form Louis XV-style Planters painted pale blue and adorned with decorative gilt metal mounts. The oblong serpentine tops having lift-off lids contained within pierced gallery rails, centred by Sèvres style porcelain plaques painted with flowers in bleu celeste borders. The interiors fitted with partitioned lead liners, one segregated into three compartments, housed within a sweeping apron and raised on square tapering cabriole legs. 30” (76 cm) high, 25” (64 cm) wide, 16” (40 cm) deep.
