Description
A Large 19th Century Pearlware Jug Circa 1820. The bulbous body relief moulded with a figural frieze depicting a bewigged gentleman with pipe and figures either side; one with keys smoking a pipe, the other sat at table imbibing with trees in-between. The moulding daubed in blue, brown & green glaze. The base with collector’s label, 9” (23 cm) in height.
