An Antique Cast Copper Alloy Wall Mounted Fountain Back with traces of residual silvering. The oval plaque cast in relief with a huntsman to the centre within a wreath of crested foliage, flanked by bold sweeping foliate scrolls and pendant clumps of fruit, with a grotesque face mask to the top issuing leafy sprays from it’s mouth, and a satyr mask to the base with water spout (or possible candle sconce) aperture to its mouth, 17” x 13” (43 cm x 33 cm).
