An Early 20th Century Continental Bentwood Café Tripod Table with printed paper maker’s label to the underside; ‘Jacob & Josef Kohn, Wien, Austria. The round top embossed and stained with a decorative design of foliated scrolls within a moulded edge. The centre pedestal composed of three bentwood supports sweeping out and down to form the legs with turned feet, and united by a bentwood hoop stretcher, 29½” (75 cm) high, 20¾” (53 cm) in diameter.
