Description
Four Late 17th/Early 18th Century Joined Oak Back-stools. A similar pair of 18th century chairs with shaped scroll-crested top rails above panel backs; one with a central band of vertical channel moulding; the other with two bands, leading down to planked seats raised on turned legs united by a turned front stretcher and plain rails to the sides and rear. The other two chairs with tall fielded back panels; one beneath a shaped cresting rail, the other with a pierced rail, plank seats and turned legs and stretchers.
