The hexagonal top inset with radial segments of various exotic timbers bordered in parquetry chevron bands outlined with white metal stringing. The moulded edge carved with plumed C-scrolls above an ogee moulded frieze accommodating a drawer. The top supported on two scrolling supports enriched with carved rosette roundels and sprays of crested foliage. leading down to an carved oval platform on four voluted feet, 29¼” (74.5 cm) high, 20½” (52 cm) wide.
