Description
A 19th Century Figured Ash Armchair & an 18th Century Oak Side Chair. The armchair attributed to East Anglia with a slightly bowed top rail edged with two run-moulded grooves to the border above reeded back bars sandwiching three ball turnings, downswept arms on baluster posts leading down to a planked seat raised on decoratively turned legs united by an H-stretcher. The side chair with a dipped top rail above broad back splat moulded with a centre channel with a solid seat in turned legs united by a turned front stretcher and plain rails to the sides and rear.
