A Good Early 18th Century Walnut & Elm Carved Wainscot Armchair. The shaped cresting rail swept up to a peak in the centre above a heart and bird motif. The two back panels centred by raised sectioned carved with daisy wheels. The shaped arms on square stiles united by peripheral stretchers, 45¾” (116 cm) high, 25¼” (64 cm) wide, 22¾” (58 cm) deep.
