The rectangular hardwood box carved with bamboo & flowers to the borders and inset with cloisonné panels decorated with black enamelled foliate designs on a turquoise blue ground embellished with a mass of gilt scrollwork. Standing on bracket feet 6” (15 cm) high, 9¾” (24.5 cm) wide, 7¾” (19.5 cm) deep.
