A Fine 18th Century Oak Dresser. The rack having a moulded cornice and a scalloped canopy rail fitted with brass hooks, over three open-backed shelves with applied edging strips and further cup hooks, held between shaped plank uprights. The base with a moulded top above a shaped apron housing three lip moulded frieze drawers with brass swing handles on winged back plates, over two small, shallow lip moulded drawers with brass stud handles. Standing on six turned legs; two to the rear and four to the front, leading down to a potboard base raised on turned feet 82” (208 cm) high, 61” (155 cm) wide, 18½” (47 cm) deep.
