A Good Early 19th Century Apexed Pediment Panel centred by a leafy beast’s face mask with poked-out tongue enriched with gilding, flanked by moulded gilt strap-work with foliate and shell motifs defined against an ebonised pitted ground in a border of gilded beads entwined in ribbon, 15 in x 36 in (38 cm x 91 cm).
