An 18th Century Painted Comb-back Windsor Armchair. The top rail having upswept lobe terminals above eight long stick spindles pierced through the arm bow and flanked by two further spindles and curved bent-wood end supports either side. The elm saddle seat on turned flaring legs united by an H-form stretcher, 36½” (93 cm) high, the seat 15½” (39.5 cm) high, 20” (51 cm) wide.
