A Fabulous 15th Century Suffolk Carved Oak Pew. The thick Gothic-arched end planks surmounted by poppy-head finials, with elaborate Gothic tracery adorning the exterior facade, and having a winged animal sejant (lacking head) to one end with a tower to the other flanking the long plank seat, with a ledge to the rear. The back plank having a moulded top, 39” (99 cm) in height, 65½” (166 cm) wide, 18” (46 cm) deep.
