Three 19th Century Treen Wig Stands: The tallest with a domed mushroom top raised on a baluster turned stem fixed to a turned spreading foot, 12” (32.5 cm) in height, the base 5¾” (14.5 cm) diameter. The second having a groove-turned border to the mushroom top, on an urn-knopped stem screwed to a circular foot enhanced with elaborate ring turning, 9” (23 cm) in height, 4¾” (12 cm) diameter base. The third having a well patinated mushroom top on a bulge turned pole stem and moulded circular foot, 7” (18 cm) high, 5” (13 cm) diameter base.*
