The rush-light having a hinged jaw counterweighted by an upswept wrythen arm with conical candle socket, mounted on a sprung height-adjustable frame threaded over a central stem on tripod base, 43½” (110 cm) in height. The candle-stand with a spike-topped stem bearing a scroll-crested arm with cylindrical candle cup in a round galleried tray with silhouette cut sheet metal trefoiled sides, 42½” (108 cm) in height.
