Description
A Late 18th Century English Salt-glazed Plate decorated in blue with a Chinoiserie scene incorporating a pagoda to the centre panel, insects and foliate sprigs to the serpentine border, 9½” (24 cm) in diameter. A pearl-ware plate painted in sepia with a simple trail of flowers and foliage between rim bands to the narrow border, 8½” (22 cm) in diameter. And a pretty faience plate enamelled with pink and apple green Bourbon sprigs edged with a pink rim line, the base with blue anchor mark, 9¼” (23.5 cm) in diameter.
