A Louis XVI Style White Marble & Gilt Bronze Clock Set. The portico clock surmounted by a twin handled urn with floral finial and a tasseled drape swagged between the handles. The enamelled clock dial painted with delicate garlands of flowers and inscribed Demerliar & Fils, set in a serpentine gallery with gilt balustrade rail and pear shaped finials either side, raised on four round turned columns festooned in floral garlands with the sun burst face mask pendulum to the centre. The moulded serpentine base on gilt discoid feet, 20” (51 cm) in height,. The pair of accompanying five light candelabra 16” (41 cm) in height.
