A Rare 17th/18th Century Sheet Iron Lantern with Bulls-eye. The cylindrical body having a hinged sheet brass door with repoussé ornamentation, inset with a glass ‘bulls-eye’. The conical radial fluted cap adorned with small embossed sheet brass roundels. The side hand with remains of its original leather and straw padding, 10” (25.5 cm) in height.*
