A Fine Quality Late Victorian Inlaid Mahogany Cheval Mirror. The oval bevelled mirror in a flame figured rectangular frame with domed pediment rail. The glass bordered by rosewood cross-banding edged in stringing and having fanned satinwood motifs to the corners and a reeded edge with a panel of birds-eye maple to the pediment. Suspended between turned uprights united by two turned stretchers and terminating on inlaid sabre legs with brass caps and castors, 61” (155 cm) high, 29” (74 cm) wide.
