The sweeping cresting rail with upturned lobe terminals above a broad centre splat flanked by six long spindles and side splats piercing the bentwood arm bow, with eight further underarm spindles and shaped splat end supports. The elm saddle seat incised with edging lines, on turned legs morticed through and wedged, and united by turned H-form stretchers, 42” (107 cm) high, 25” (64 cm) wide, the seat 17½” (44 cm) high.
