The rectangular tray having pierced gallery rails to the back & sides decorated with scrolling foliage below a gadrooned edge, a pen trough to the front and two rebates for hob-nail cut glass inkwells either side. Standing on foliate crested scroll feet, 2¼” (5.5 cm) high, 8½” x 5” (21.5 cm x 12.5 cm), weight approx. 445g.
