The top engraved with two cocks flanked by sprays of laurel, and incorporating a round hinged lid to the front decorated with a daisy wheel, ¾” (2 cm) high, 3” (7.5 cm) in diameter. And a small 19th century black lacquered papier-mâché snuff box moulded with radial fluting, 1” (3 cm) high, 2¼” x 1¾” (6 cm x 4.5 cm).
