A Group of Mainly 19th Century Turned Treen Containers: A lacquered boxwood spice jar of cylindrical form with a moulded foot and tightly fitting lift off lid surmounted by a turned finial, 4¼” (11 cm) in height. A beech-wood jar with shouldered body on a moulded pedestal foot and a domed lid with finial surmount, 5½” (14 cm) in height. A cylindrical box with concentrically moulded lid (cracked), 3¾” (19.5 cm) high. A tulip-head spill vase on a pedestal foot, 4¾” (12 cm) in height. A boxwood barrel shaped containers (missing screw fastening lid), 3” (9 cm) in height. A small olive-wood bowl on raised foot, 3” (7.5 cm) in diameter. And another small bowl with rounded bottom, 2¾” (7 cm) in diameter.*
