A Rare 19th Century Welsh Bentwood Lunch Box of demi-lune form. The flat top having a hinged lid to one side and a bent hoop carrying handle to the centre, 9” (23 cm) high, 12” (30 cm) wide, 7½” (19.5 cm) deep. The back mounted with a brass plaque inscribed M.J. MORGANS CURRIER (who apparently lived in Anglesea and retired to Rufin).
