The Swiss-made jewelled lever movement with hammers striking on gongs; the backplate engraved Ancre Ligne Droite Rubis Répétition à Quarts Spiral Breguet Chronographe No 166379. The white enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer 25-300 chapter, fancy gilt hands with a blued steel chronograph centre seconds and a subsidiary seconds dial. The engine turned case with vacant cartouche to the front and a Russian presentation inscription inside dated 1940. 97.6 gm.
